Field Support Manager – Executions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of annual project budgets.

• Analyze project cost/benefit assessments, establish setups, manage inventories, implement change controls, and create SAP journal entries.

• Examine project expenditures to confirm adherence to budgetary objectives.

• Ensure compliance with capitalization and expense treatment standards.

• Specify business process requirements for inventory management, purchasing, logistics, systems, and execution activities.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and outline business requirements for project management tools and infrastructure.

• Create and implement analytical financial and operational reports.

• Conduct financial analysis, root cause evaluations, and project assessments for executive leadership.

• Propel key functional metrics in targeted areas.

• Collaborate across departments to implement merchandising initiatives.

• Provide operational support throughout the Southeast/South Florida regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience is necessary.

• Proven experience in applying accounting and finance principles and practices, including financial data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with business management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Demonstrated ability to foster positive business relationships and operate effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment.

• Capacity to engage in productive two-way communication regarding work and outcomes.
