Field Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation of annual project budgets.

• Analyze project cost/benefit assessments, project initiation, inventories, change controls, and SAP journal entries.

• Examine project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary objectives.

• Guarantee that capitalization and expense treatments adhere to compliance standards.

• Provide business process specifications for inventory, purchasing, logistics, systems, and execution operations.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency and outline business requirements for project management tools and infrastructure.

• Develop and leverage analytical financial and operational reporting.

• Conduct financial, root cause, and project analysis for senior leadership.

• Propel key functional metrics in targeted areas.

• Collaborate across departments to implement The Home Depot merchandising strategies.

• Support operations throughout the Mid Atlantic/South Atlantic region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

• Proven experience in applying accounting and finance principles, including the analysis and reporting of financial information.

• Familiarity with business management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Demonstrated ability to foster positive business relationships and operate effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment.

• Capacity to establish and sustain two-way communication regarding work and outcomes.

• Proven capability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences at various levels, including executive leadership.

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in diagnosing issues and devising solutions for intricate problems.

• Understanding and application of business concepts from both finance and operational perspectives.
