Field Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee processes and offer assistance for all reset projects.

• Engage in the formulation of annual project budgets.

• Assess project cost/benefit analyses, project setup, inventories, change controls, and SAP journal entries.

• Review project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary objectives.

• Ensure compliance with capitalization and expense treatment standards.

• Deliver business process requirements for inventory, purchasing, logistics, systems, and execution activities.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency and articulate business requirements for project management tools and infrastructure.

• Create and utilize analytical financial and operational reporting.

• Conduct financial, root cause, and project analyses for executive leadership.

• Propel key functional metrics in targeted areas.

• Coordinate across functions to implement merchandising initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study.

• Six years of professional experience.

• Proven experience in applying accounting and finance principles and practices, including the analysis and reporting of financial data.

• Familiarity with business management and the principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive business partnerships and perform effectively in a complex cross-functional environment.

• Capability to maintain a two-way dialogue with others regarding work and outcomes.

• Proven ability to convey complex terminology to diverse audiences at various levels, including executive leaders.

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities, including diagnosing issues and devising solutions for complex challenges.

• Understanding and application of business concepts related to finance and operations.
