This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to customers.

• Perform maintenance and repair services on-site.

• Provide solutions that go beyond just repairs and maintenance.

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment.

• Guide customers in effectively using equipment.

• Travel daily to various customer locations.

• Operate in a field-based, territory-based, virtually-based, or remote position without the need to consistently report to a physical Benco location.

• Proficient in computer usage, especially with Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication capabilities.

• Experience or education in mechanical or technical fields, or relevant backgrounds in Electrical, Customer Service, Military, Software/Hardware, Pneumatics, or HVAC.

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Required).

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics sector (Preferred).

• Capable of routine activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Must frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds; occasionally handle 56 to 100 pounds.

• Possess manual dexterity and the ability to push, pull, and grasp with hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Able to work in confined spaces.

• Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations (daily).

• Occasional use of power tools.
