Field Service Technician – Tyrol, Vorarlberg

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Conduct service visits in the Tyrol and Vorarlberg regions following schedules set by our dispatch team.

• Identify issues and carry out commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on oil- and gas-fired heating systems as well as heat pumps.

• Record service activities in the company's IT system.

• Participate in the on-call service outside of regular business hours, up to a maximum of one week per month.

• Deliver on-site customer support and ensure the safe and efficient functioning of heating systems across the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or an equivalent qualification (such as an apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, or comparable) as an installer, building services technician, or heating technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in fields like heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or other technical areas.

• Proficient spoken and written German.

• Basic IT skills.

• Strong technical aptitude and a high degree of customer orientation.
