This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Manage all elements of installation

• Coordinate with relevant departments for work beyond standard scope to ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare weekly status/service and expense reports

• Generate technical documentation as required

• Foster excellent customer relationships and address customer concerns

• Cultivate strong relationships with coworkers and supervisors

• Complete necessary internal documentation, including Urgent Parts Requests, Parts Removal Requests, and Purchase Requisitions

• Provide the manager with insights on machine and customer issues that need further attention

• Adhere to the corporate environmental, health, and safety policies

• Report to Area and Regional Service Managers

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a comparable combination of education and hands-on experience in a relevant field

• Proficient technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and hydraulics

• Capability to utilize hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter, and Oscilloscope

• Familiarity with computers and Windows operating system

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, colleagues, and management

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision

• Capacity to accept and adhere to instructions and the chain of command

• Initiative-taking and ownership of responsibilities

• Detail-oriented and thorough

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations if necessary

• Capability to lift an average weight of 50 lb daily

• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight and weekend trips as required
