This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee customer relationships by effectively utilizing technical expertise.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at client locations.
• Deliver customer support by addressing and resolving client requirements.
• Gain insights into customers' businesses and competitive landscapes to generate service revenue.
• Engage in the regional work team to enhance team processes.
• Identify training deficiencies and boost capability and capacity across various modalities.
• Complete timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventive maintenance, installation documents, and site/service documentation.
• Comply with Philips, state, and federal regulations, training, quality, and safety standards.
• Utilize tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to address customer and system issues.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical challenges.
• Travel approximately 70% within the designated geography, including 1–4 hours of daily driving, with occasional overnight, air, or train travel.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment (field or hospital-based), or 3+ years in other electromechanical sectors.
• Capability to comprehend and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking principles for installing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment.
• Proficient in the use of essential tools and testing equipment.
• An associate degree in electronics or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• Ability to operate in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including 2nd or 3rd shifts, weekends, on-call, and required overtime as necessary.
• Competence to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Must be able to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Candidates must live within commuting distance of Austin/San Antonio, TX.
• US work authorization is required; candidates needing current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered.
