Field Service Technician – Southeast Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Provide service for electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within a designated territory.

• Carry out maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.

• Communicate openly and effectively to identify and address issues.

• Deliver solutions utilizing training provided by NCR Voyix.

• Represent the NCR Voyix brand while facilitating global commerce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Local candidate specific to the designated geographic area.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets NCR fleet requirements.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronics, and familiar with certain hardware and operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willing to travel extensively, including driving several hours daily.

• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts.

• Flexibility for shift work, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times, as well as some holidays.

• Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.

• Capable of bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects.
