This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to clients in the field.

• Conduct maintenance and repair operations at customer locations.

• Install and maintain dental equipment.

• Educate staff on the operation of equipment.

• Instruct customers on how to utilize equipment effectively.

• Provide customer-centric solutions that extend beyond repairs and maintenance.

• Travel frequently to client sites, typically on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Required).

• Proficiency in computer use, particularly with Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Mechanical or technical background/education, or experience in fields such as Electrical, Customer Service, Military, Software/Hardware, Pneumatics, or HVAC.

• Technical training in biomedical or electronics fields (Preferred).

• Ability to perform routine activities including walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Must regularly lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, with occasional lifting of 56 to 100 pounds.

• Capability to execute pushing, pulling, grasping, and tasks requiring manual dexterity.

• Ability to work in confined spaces.

• Frequent daily travel to customer locations and occasional use of power tools.
