
Field Service Technician β Industrial Dosing and Hygiene Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Install, connect, test, and commission dosing, transfer, and application equipment for hygiene products.
β’ Engage in the installation and initiation of specialized equipment, technical projects, and on-site trials.
β’ Provide explanations on equipment operation and assist users at customer locations.
β’ Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance according to established priorities and schedules.
β’ Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical components, control systems, pumps, PVC piping, and mechanical assemblies.
β’ Repair, upgrade, and inspect installations in alignment with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
β’ Clarify technical specifications with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
β’ Identify necessary parts and assist in preparing quotes.
β’ Oversee maintenance contracts, spare parts, and ongoing activities.
β’ Document service reports and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
β’ Organize efficient travel routes and combine visits whenever feasible.
β’ Plan interventions, prioritize urgent matters, and make decisions regarding safety, timelines, costs, and service quality.
β’ Gradually take on more complex technical projects, coordinating with suppliers or subcontractors and collaborating with European teams.
β’ Technical qualification at BTS level or its equivalent in industrial systems maintenance, electrical engineering, automation, industrial mechanics, or mechatronics.
β’ Hands-on experience in the maintenance, installation, commissioning, or field service of industrial equipment.
β’ Ideally, three to five years of field service experience.
β’ Proficiency in understanding electrical and mechanical systems, pumps, controls, and process equipment.
β’ Capacity to work independently, reliably, and in an organized manner.
β’ Ability to articulate technical situations clearly and professionally.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight as needed.
β’ Possession of a valid Category B driving license.
β’ Proficient command of English is essential.
β’ Familiarity with automation or dosing systems is a plus.
β’ Experience in food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, special-purpose machinery, packaging, or another process-industry environment is advantageous.
β’ Company vehicle provided for the role.
β’ Training on Diversey equipment, applications, and internal processes.
β’ Management support during the onboarding phase with the organization and tools.
β’ Paired visits whenever possible.
β’ Significant autonomy in organizing work and travel.
