This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Identify and resolve intricate equipment problems

• Offer guidance, mentorship, and assistance to junior Field Service Engineers

• Oversee the installation and configuration of sophisticated equipment at customer locations

• Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support

• Organize, plan, and carry out field service projects

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience

• AA/AS Degree preferred

• Experience in the repair of mechanical and electromechanical equipment in the Surface Mount Technology sector can be considered in lieu of a degree

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License

• Valid U.S. passport
