Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance tasks, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Maintain and repair electromechanical devices, such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, within a designated area.

• Conduct scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and comprehensive system overhauls.

• Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.

• Oversee network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.

• Organize and prioritize customer inquiries, proactively addressing issues when feasible.

• Interact with customers in an open, professional, and supportive manner, focusing on solutions.

• Engage in virtual and practical training sessions offered by NCR Atleos.

• Adhere to NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety regulations, accurate timekeeping, and safe driving standards.

• Perform additional related tasks consistent with qualifications and business requirements.

• May be reassigned to nearby service areas during standard shifts to accommodate operational demands.

• May choose to participate in overnight travel assignments to enhance service coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate within the specified geographic region.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age of 19 years.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronics, and familiar with operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to travel, including several hours of driving daily.

• Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work.

• Ability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

• Knowledge of large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.

• A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification preferred.

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
