Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site initial troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance for various equipment and systems.

• Carry out system resets, configuration verifications, and minor component replacements.

• Assist in the physical installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer or operational locations.

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, which includes inspections, cleaning, and basic adjustments.

• Deliver, replace, and return spare or defective parts while documenting their usage.

• Log time worked, tasks completed, and service results in service management tools.

• Adhere to service procedures, safety protocols, and site-specific regulations.

• Elevate unresolved or complex issues to advanced technical support teams.

• Provide basic status updates and engage in scheduled service coordination meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Local candidate to a specific geographic region.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age of 19 years.

• At least 1 year of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance positions.

• Basic understanding of relevant mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.

• Capability to follow written procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.

• Proficient in accurately tracking and reporting time worked in an hourly environment.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and the ability to travel to field locations.

• Capacity to successfully complete background checks, safety training, and any required certifications, as applicable.
