This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Conduct customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and promptly.
• Service and repair electromechanical devices such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within a designated territory.
• Execute scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and prioritize customer issues, proactively addressing problems whenever possible.
• Engage with customers in a transparent, supportive, and professional manner focused on finding resolutions.
• Participate in NCR Atleos virtual and hands-on training programs.
• Adhere to company policies, the Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, fleet, and safe-driving regulations.
• Carry out related duties that align with qualifications and business needs.
• Provide support to adjacent service territories during standard shifts when operationally required.
• Optionally engage in overnight travel assignments to enhance overall service coverage.
• Must be a local candidate residing in the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A minimum of 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with NCR Atleos fleet standards.
• Proficient PC skills, basic electronic knowledge, and familiarity with operating systems.
• Capable of performing essential job functions without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including several hours of driving each day.
• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts.
• Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. unaided.
• Capable of bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and performing repetitive hand movements with various objects.
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software is a plus.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification is preferred.
• One (1) or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
