Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls in a timely and efficient manner

• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, within a designated territory

• Conduct scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networking, and system configurations

• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity

• Organize and prioritize customer issues, proactively addressing problems when feasible

• Interact with customers in an open, supportive, and professional manner aimed at resolution

• Engage in both virtual and hands-on training programs offered by NCR Atleos

• Adhere to NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements

• May be assigned to neighboring service territories during regular shifts to fulfill operational needs

• May opt to participate in overnight travel assignments to enhance service coverage

• Carry out other related responsibilities in line with qualifications and business requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Local candidate residing within the specified geographic area

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Minimum age of 19 years

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that aligns with NCR Atleos fleet criteria

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiar with operating systems

• Capable of performing essential job functions without reasonable accommodation, including extended travel with several hours of driving each day

• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends

• Ability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance

• Competent in bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and executing repetitive hand movements while manipulating objects of varying sizes

• Preferred: familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software

• Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification

• Preferred: one (1) or more years of relevant experience
