This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Carry out customer installations, maintenance, and service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Service and repair electromechanical devices, such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, within a designated area.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and prioritize customer issues, proactively addressing problems when feasible.
• Engage with customers in an open, supportive, and professional manner with a focus on resolution.
• Take part in virtual and practical training programs offered by NCR Atleos.
• Adhere to NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet safety protocols.
• Undertake other related responsibilities in line with qualifications and business requirements.
• May be redirected to adjacent service areas during standard hours to fulfill operational demands.
• May choose to participate in overnight travel assignments to enhance service coverage.
• Must reside locally within the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with NCR Atleos fleet standards.
• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronics, and familiar with operating systems.
• Capable of performing essential job functions without reasonable accommodation, including extensive travel with several hours of driving each day.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements manipulating objects of varying sizes.
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification.
• Preferred: One (1) or more years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive training provided through NCR Atleos.
• Access to virtual and hands-on classroom training.
• Support from dedicated teachers, mentors, and coaches.
• Option for overnight travel assignments, with travel expenses covered according to company reimbursement policies.
