Field Service Technician, Herford Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the commissioning and upkeep of our heat pumps at customer locations and for system operators.

• Delivering service-focused guidance to our heating contractor clients via phone and onsite to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader surrounding area.

• Engaging in the on-call service to provide prompt assistance to customers.

• Commissioning, maintaining, and diagnosing heat pumps in the Herford region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant area, such as HVAC systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Ideally, additional training as a master craftsperson or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate.

• Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is a plus.

• Valid Class B driver’s license.

• Proficient written and spoken German skills.

• Strong technical skills.

• High customer orientation.

• Willingness to travel.
