Field Service Technician – Fulda, Höxter Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining heat pumps at customer locations and for system operators.

• Delivering service-oriented guidance to heating contractors via phone and on-site to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding the designated territory.

• Participating in the on-call service rotation to respond to customer needs as promptly as possible.

• Commissioning, servicing, and diagnosing issues with heat pumps.

• Providing customer service coverage in the Höxter region or Fulda / Hünfeld / Schlüchtern / Bad Hersfeld.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed specialized vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Preferably, additional training as a master craftsperson or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification.

• Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is a plus.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Willingness to travel.

• Technical aptitude and a passion for heating solutions.
