Field Service Technician, Freiburg–Black Forest Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at customer sites and in collaboration with system operators.

• Offering service-oriented guidance to clients from heating companies via phone and face-to-face interactions.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding the designated territory.

• Engaging in on-call duty to ensure rapid support for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) systems, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Preferred further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate is mandatory; Category 2 certificate is an advantage.

• Valid Class B driver’s license required.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Strong technical aptitude, excellent customer focus, and readiness to travel.
