Field Service Technician – Freiburg Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps at the premises of end customers and for system operators.

• Providing service-oriented technical support via telephone and on-site for customers from heating companies.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding the assigned territory.

• Participating in the on-call service rotation to ensure prompt customer support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology (SHK), Refrigeration Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or Electrician/Electrical Installer.

• Further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• A Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate is mandatory.

• A Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is an advantage.

• A valid Class B driving license is required.

• Proficiency in written and spoken German.

• Strong technical skills, a high level of customer orientation, and a willingness to travel.
