Field Service Technician – Electromechanical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide effective on-site field service while achieving cost and time goals.

• Ensure the optimal functioning of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer satisfaction.

• Identify and resolve equipment-related issues, performing the necessary repairs.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer support processes.

• Install and configure TOMRA Food equipment as needed.

• Offer customers thorough training on the operation and upkeep of our systems.

• Keep precise and comprehensive field reports to facilitate administrative follow-up procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical qualification at BAC+2 level in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, industrial maintenance, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in French and the ability to comprehend spoken and written English (minimum B2 level) are crucial for this role.

• Demonstrated experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, mainly within France, with occasional international travel, and to work flexible hours.

• Strong understanding of IT, networks, and computer configurations.

• Valid driver's license.

• Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
