Field Service Technician – Düsseldorf Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining heat pumps at the premises of end customers and for system operators.

• Offering service-oriented guidance to clients from heating companies via phone and in-person interactions.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the wider service area.

• Engaging in the on-call service to deliver prompt support to customers.

• Operating in the Düsseldorf region to advance sustainable energy solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building services electrician, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Additional training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred.

• Professional background in customer service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, or ventilation technology.

• Valid refrigerant handling certification.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Strong technical aptitude.

• High level of customer focus.

• Willingness to travel.
