Field Service Technician – Dallas/Fort Worth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a multi-zip-code territory located within a 2-hour radius of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or nearby regions, with up to 80% of your time spent driving.

• Identify, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software problems to minimize downtime and reduce callbacks.

• Install, service, and upgrade mailing and shipping equipment from Pitney Bowes.

• Educate clients on how to use the equipment with confidence.

• Utilize hand tools and small power tools for maintenance, repairs, and installations.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment is maintained.

• Provide support to clients using Pitney Bowes technology across a varied customer base.

• Identify and pursue service and parts sales opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive driving time required and the ability to work autonomously in the field.

• Capability to lift over 55 lbs. and perform actions such as bending, squatting, stooping, or standing for prolonged periods.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and dependable transportation.

• Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking is preferred.

• Previous experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment is preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
