Field Service Technician – Cologne Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining our heat pumps at the premises of end customers and at sites operated by system operators.

• Offering service-oriented guidance to our heating contractor clients both via phone and on-site to ensure their satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding your designated territory.

• Engaging in the on-call service rotation to help our customers as promptly as possible.

• Aiding in the promotion of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as HVAC/plumbing technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building services engineering, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Preferably, additional training or certification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Valid certification for handling refrigerants.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• Proficient spoken and written German.

• Strong customer orientation and willingness to travel.

• Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for heating solutions.
