Field Service Technician, Coffee Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the equipment service operations for businesses in Greater South Chicago, its surrounding areas, and NW Indiana.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of coffee machines and related equipment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Execute scheduled services, proactive maintenance, installations, equipment removals, asset management, and urgent service requests.

• Manage equipment inventories, which includes conducting quarterly warehouse inventory checks and ordering necessary parts.

• Record electronic invoices, customer details, reported quality issues, and associated activities.

• Operate and maintain a company service vehicle.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must reside in South Chicago, IL.

• Strong customer service abilities are essential.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is required.

• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and drive frequently is necessary.

• Willingness to be on-call at least once a month as part of a rotational schedule.

• Preferred candidates should have entry-level experience in plumbing and electrical work.
