Field Service Technician – Coffee Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the equipment service operations for clients in the Orlando, FL region.

• Acquire specialized knowledge through training on coffee brewing equipment and devices.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Conduct proactive maintenance, installations, equipment removals, asset management, and emergency repairs.

• Manage equipment inventories, carry out routine warehouse inventory assessments, and order parts as required.

• Record procedures, electronic invoices, customer names and contact details, reported quality concerns, and related activities.

• Operate and maintain a company vehicle stocked with parts and shelving.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Must reside within 30-40 miles of Orlando, Florida.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Basic computer competencies, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.

• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and drive frequently.

• Availability for on-call hours at least once a month on a rotating 4-week schedule.

• Willingness to travel for maintenance coverage in other regions of Florida as necessary, potentially on a monthly basis.

• Entry-level experience in plumbing and electrical work.
