📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and upgrade shipping and mailing equipment from Pitney Bowes.

• Provide support for both hardware and software solutions.

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize client callbacks.

• Educate clients on the use of Pitney Bowes equipment during installation.

• Operate in a fully client-facing role as a representative of Pitney Bowes.

• Cover a diverse multi-zip code territory, requiring significant driving time.

• Utilize hand tools and small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations.

• Ensure a safe and tidy work environment is maintained.

• Deliver services to clients across various Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing technologies, including inserters and lockers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and dependable transportation.

• Capability to lift 55 lbs or more, with or without accommodations.

• Willingness to travel within a multi-zip code territory, with up to 80% of time spent driving.

• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended durations.

• Proficient in a Windows environment, with basic understanding of PC and networking (preferred).

• Experience with automated equipment is preferred.

• Mechanically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot or repair hardware and software solutions.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
