This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and upgrade postage meters as well as other shipping and mailing equipment at client locations.

• Diagnose and repair machinery while reducing the number of repeat service calls.

• Review instructional materials and educate clients on the proper use of the equipment.

• Keep clients updated during maintenance activities or system downtimes.

• Acquire skills to work on various products including copiers and Smart Lockers.

• Assist in driving revenue growth through generating sales leads, selling supplies, and providing billable professional services.

• Travel on a daily basis to various customer sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with mechanical systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical or electrical devices.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Must possess a clean driving record.

• A reliable vehicle is necessary for daily travel to multiple client locations.

• Capability to lift or move 55 lbs, with or without accommodations.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime as required.

• Effective communication skills for client interactions.

• Willingness to promote additional products or services and earn commissions.

• Familiarity with a Windows environment is preferred.

• Basic understanding of PC and networking concepts is preferred.

• Experience with automated machinery is preferred.
