This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Maintain and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within a designated territory.

• Carry out maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.

• Engage in clear and effective communication with customers to identify and address issues.

• Provide solutions utilizing training provided by NCR Voyix.

• Represent the NCR Voyix brand and support global commerce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate within the specified geographic area.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets NCR fleet requirements.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiar with specific hardware and operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including driving several hours each day.

• Availability to work rotating and weekend shifts.

• Flexibility for rotating morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including some holidays.

• Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. independently and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.

• Capacity to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects.
