This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls in a timely and efficient manner.

• Service electromechanical devices, including self-checkout systems, within a designated area.

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive upkeep, and system overhauls.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, communicating effectively to identify suitable solutions.

• Organize and prioritize customer issues while proactively addressing potential concerns.

• Complete structured training to ensure customers receive the necessary service.

• Collaborate with service operations trainers, mentors, and coaches across various territories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate within the specified geographic region.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets NCR fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronics, and familiar with specific hardware and operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Experience with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software is preferred.

• A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification is preferred.

• At least one year of related experience is preferred.

• Must successfully pass relevant screening criteria.
