This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Service electromechanical devices, including self-checkout systems, within a designated territory.

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and comprehensive system overhauls.

• Interact with customers as a first-line responder in a friendly, helpful, and engaging manner.

• Organize and prioritize customer issues while proactively addressing problems.

• Complete formal training through NCR Voyix to deliver effective customer solutions.

• Travel extensively, driving several hours daily.

• Work rotating shifts and weekends as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Local candidates are preferred for specific geographic areas.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets NCR fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic skills, and knowledgeable about specific hardware and operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.

• Preferred certifications include A+, CompTIA, or N+ Certification.

• Preferred experience of one or more years in a related field.
