Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Carry out customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Maintain and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within a designated area.

• Execute maintenance tasks, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.

• Engage in open and effective communication with customers to identify and address issues.

• Utilize NCR Voyix training to provide the correct solutions at appropriate times.

• Represent the NCR Voyix brand while contributing to global commerce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate within a specific geographic area.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets NCR fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including driving for several hours daily.

• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts.

• Flexible work schedule – rotating shifts within designated teams, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times, as well as some holidays.

• Capability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. unaided, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance, alongside the ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes.

• Employment offers are contingent upon passing screening criteria relevant to the position.

• Preferred: Experience with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.

• Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.

• Preferred: One or more years of relevant experience.
