Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Maintain electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within a designated territory.

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, and system overhauls.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and deliver suitable solutions.

• Organize and prioritize customer issues while proactively addressing potential challenges.

• Complete formal training to provide the necessary customer solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate within the specified geographic area.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets NCR fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronics, and familiar with specific hardware and operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willing to travel extensively, including driving for several hours each day.

• Able to work rotating shifts and weekends.

• Flexible with shift hours, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times, as well as some holidays.

• Capacity to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. unaided and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, hand work, and repetitive grasping and object manipulation.

• Willingness to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts in retail settings.
