📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and efficiently.

• Service electromechanical devices like self-checkout systems within a designated area.

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and comprehensive system overhauls.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, emphasizing the pursuit of effective solutions.

• Organize and prioritize customer concerns, addressing issues proactively.

• Perform field service tasks that may require extensive travel and several hours of driving each day.

• Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules within designated teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate within the specified geographic region.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronics, and knowledgeable about specific hardware and operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software is preferred.

• A+ Certification and CompTIA N+ Certification are preferred.

• One or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
