Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-line support and engage in open, effective communication to identify and rectify customer concerns.

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls in a prompt and efficient manner.

• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within a designated territory.

• Perform maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.

• Represent the NCR Voyix brand and contribute to the seamless operation of global commerce.

• Collaborate across territories through the NCR Voyix learning community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Local candidate specific to the geographic area.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets NCR fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including driving several hours each day.

• Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work.

• Flexible shift schedules, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times, with some holiday work required.

• Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. unassisted, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.

• Capable of bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of various sizes.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software is preferred.

• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification is preferred.

• One or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
