This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Oversee all facets of customer service and client care.
• Independently troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Monitor and manage parts and tools inventory.
• Stay updated on technical and functional changes related to GLORY equipment.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep clients informed about progress during maintenance or system downtimes.
• Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices impacting system upgrades, and hardware/software enhancements.
• Comply with safety guidelines and policies.
• Finish required Environmental Health & Safety training.
• Promptly report any job-site injuries or property damage.
• Travel from home to client locations using the company van.
• Report directly to the District Service Manager.
• Currently pursuing or have completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Preferred certifications in related fields such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in personal computers, Microsoft Office, network navigation, and email communication.
• Strong logical troubleshooting skills with the capability to isolate issues at the PCB or component level.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Understanding of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
• Experience in repairing high-speed paper-handling machines such as check sorters, mail sorters, currency sorters, ATMs, or copiers; experience with ATMs or copiers is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of preferred technical field service repair experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned territory.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods and frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist.
• Ability to work at client sites, including financial institutions, casinos, truck stops, recreational parks, and retail stores.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotational basis.
• Availability for on-call rotation, typically every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to drive to client locations during working hours.
• Willingness to occasionally travel outside the assigned territory, including air and overnight travel.
• Capability to accommodate limited accessibility at job sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess the ability to read, perform simple math calculations, and handle moderate stress levels.
• Gaming licensing may be required following hire.
