Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver maintenance and repair services in the field

• Educate staff on equipment usage

• Instruct customers on how to operate equipment

• Provide hands-on assistance to customers

• Propose solutions that extend beyond mere repairs and maintenance

• Engage in frequent travel to customer locations

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Required)

• Proficiency in computer use, particularly with Windows-based applications

• Strong organizational abilities

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Outstanding communication skills

• Technical training in biomedical or electronics fields (Preferred)

• Experience or education in mechanical or technical fields

• Background in electrical work, customer service, military, or software/hardware

• Knowledge of pneumatics

• Familiarity with HVAC systems

• Capability to perform routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting

• Must frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull between 1 to 55 pounds, and occasionally handle 56 to 100 pounds

• Ability to perform routine actions requiring pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity with hands, arms, and shoulders

• Comfortable working in confined spaces

• Frequent daily travel to customer sites

• Occasional operation of power tools
