This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of magazine bar feeder equipment on CNC lathes at customer sites across a designated region.

• Participate in a briefing with fellow Technical Support team members prior to visiting the customer. This will cover any actions or troubleshooting measures previously implemented to address customer requirements.

• Tools and instruments will be supplied.

⛳️ Requirements

• Two to five years of relevant service technician experience or equivalent certified technical training in working with industrial equipment that employs PLC/HMI driven motion control.

• Proficient communication skills to effectively engage with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.

• Familiarity with industrial electronics, wiring, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of CNC turning centers, especially sliding headstock lathes, is advantageous.

• Must have above-average computer skills and be proficient with Windows and other software applications such as Salesforce Lightning.

• Valid Driver's License (Mandatory).
