This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of magazine bar feeder equipment on CNC lathes at customer sites across a designated region.

• Attend a briefing with fellow Technical Support team members prior to customer visits, which will encompass any actions or troubleshooting efforts previously undertaken to meet the customer's needs.

• Tools and instruments will be supplied.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two to five years of relevant service technician experience or equivalent certified technical training on industrial equipment that employs PLC/HMI driven motion control.

• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and represent the company in a professional manner is essential.

• Familiarity with industrial electronics, wiring, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.

• Understanding of CNC turning centers, particularly sliding headstock lathes, is advantageous.

• Must have above-average computer proficiency and be capable of using Windows and various software applications such as Salesforce Lightning.
