This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of magazine bar feeder equipment on CNC lathes at customer sites within a designated region.

• Engage in a briefing with fellow Technical Support team members prior to the customer visit. This will encompass any actions or troubleshooting measures previously undertaken with the customer to meet their requirements.

• Tools and instruments will be provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two to five years of relevant service technician experience or equivalent certified technical training in industrial equipment that employs PLC/HMI driven motion control.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and to professionally represent the company is essential.

• Familiarity with industrial electronics, wiring, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.

• Understanding of CNC turning centers, particularly sliding headstock lathes, is advantageous.

• Must have above-average computer skills and be proficient in using Windows and other software programs, including Salesforce Lightning.
