Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and deliver technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer sites.

• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance as scheduled.

• Assess products for proper functionality and address or escalate any issues following established protocols.

• Arrange service appointments and complete necessary documentation.

• Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions utilizing diagnostic tools.

• Execute repairs at the component level for hardware.

• Clean and calibrate mechanical components as needed.

• Set up and install relevant software.

• Replenish consumables as instructed.

• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products as required.

• Educate and train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software.

• Engage in training sessions for hardware and software.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at achieving established KPIs.

• Support special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
