This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Install, troubleshoot, and conduct technical maintenance for both product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.
• Execute scheduled inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs of products within a designated territory.
• Assess products for proper functionality, addressing issues or escalating them as per established protocols.
• Arrange services and complete all necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and comprehension of product features.
• Diagnose hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools effectively.
• Carry out component-level hardware repairs.
• Clean and adjust mechanical components as needed.
• Configure and install relevant software applications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine checks regularly.
• Refill consumable supplies as instructed.
• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
• Provide instruction and training to customers on the usage of installed hardware and software.
• Engage in hardware and software training sessions.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at achieving agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support special projects as required.
• A degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet requirements.
