
Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.
• Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance within a designated area.
• Assess products for proper functionality, address issues, and escalate them following established protocols.
• Organize service appointments, complete necessary documentation, and collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and comprehension of the product.
• Diagnose hardware and software failures utilizing diagnostic tools.
• Execute repairs at the component level; clean and adjust mechanical parts.
• Set up and install relevant software.
• Replenish consumables as instructed.
• Install, relocate, enhance, modify, and decommission hardware and software products.
• Educate and train customers on the usage of installed hardware and software.
• Engage in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects.
• Required education or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience in Field Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
