This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Install, troubleshoot, and offer technical maintenance for ATMs, retail systems, and other equipment within a designated customer and/or product area.
β’ Manage incident response, preventive maintenance, IMAC/R, and provide customer training.
β’ Utilize diagnostic tools to address hardware and software malfunctions.
β’ Conduct component-level hardware repairs.
β’ Clean and adjust mechanical components as necessary.
β’ Configure and install relevant software applications.
β’ Perform regular checks in accordance with established procedures.
β’ Replenish consumables as required.
β’ Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
β’ Educate and train customers on the operation and usage of installed hardware and software.
β’ Receive incident updates and instructions from dispatch.
β’ Communicate unforeseen issues to dispatch and provide comprehensive activity updates.
β’ Keep customers informed about the status, progress, and results of service activities.
β’ Identify technical or procedural issues and suggest enhancements.
β’ Employ corporate tools and methodologies for knowledge sharing and information collection.
β’ Required education or equivalent professional experience.
β’ At least 1-2 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
