This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns alongside service tasks.

• Perform warranty, chargeable repairs/breakdowns, and service visits in the postcode regions SL, GU, KT, TW, and CR.

• Identify technical problems and facilitate effective solutions for prompt resolution.

• Collaborate with problem resolution teams, customer service, and other staff to accelerate repair processes.

• Keep records of performance metrics.

• Provide exceptional on-site customer service in residential properties.

• Begin and conclude the workday from home while commuting to customer locations within the designated area.

• Operate independently, utilizing technical skills to diagnose and resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an ACS qualified gas engineer (CCN1 and CENWAT certifications are mandatory).

• Proven technical experience in the HVAC, heating, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.

• Confident and flexible working style.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Ability to closely collaborate with clients and build strong relationships.

• Valid UK driving licence is required.

• Experience with Heat Pumps and F-Gas certification is a plus.
