Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at the residences of customers and for system operators.

• Offer service-oriented guidance to our clients from heating companies both via telephone and on-site to ensure their satisfaction.

• Assist colleagues in the technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding the designated territory.

• Engage in the on-call service to provide prompt assistance to customers.

• Promote sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a systems mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Additional qualifications as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician are preferred.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification.

• Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is a plus.

• Valid Category B driver’s license.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Strong customer orientation and readiness to travel.

• Technical skills and a keen interest in heating solutions.
