Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct commissioning for various equipment and systems.

• Ensure regular inspections and preventive maintenance visits for systems and equipment, including rooftop units, chillers, air-handling units, heat pumps, and similar apparatus.

• Execute service tasks and repairs, ranging from leak detection to machinery replacement, including the replacement of compressors.

• Engage in all stages of installation and maintenance processes.

• Prepare and oversee service call logs and activity reports.

• Address critical customer concerns related to HVAC and energy systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the HVAC sector, especially with large industrial chillers.

• Qualifications in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification.

• A valid driver's license.

• Strong technical expertise in Carrier or other manufacturers' equipment.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the confidence to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
