Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Execute scheduled service visits in the Tyrol and Vorarlberg regions as directed by the dispatch team.

• Identify faults and malfunctions.

• Install, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems along with heat pumps.

• Record service activities utilizing the company’s IT system.

• Participate in the on-call service outside of business hours, for a maximum of one week per month.

• Offer on-site customer support and guidance.

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of heating systems throughout the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education or apprenticeship (such as apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, or equivalent) in fields like installer, building services technician, heating technician, or similar.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in areas such as heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical domain.

• Proficient command of German, both written and verbal.

• Basic IT competencies.

• Strong technical skills coupled with a high level of customer focus.
