Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at customer locations and for system operators.

• Delivering service-oriented guidance to clients from heating companies via phone and in person.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service within the broader area of the assigned territory.

• Engaging in on-call duty to ensure prompt support for customers.

• Advocating for sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps.

• Offering customer service throughout the Düsseldorf region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrical technician/electrician.

• Preferably, further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Valid refrigerant handling certification.

• Valid Class B driving license.

• Proficient written and spoken German.

• Strong technical aptitude.

• Excellent customer orientation.

• Willingness to travel.
