Field Service Technician – Installation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver maintenance and repair services in the field.

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment.

• Instruct customers on effectively utilizing equipment.

• Offer hands-on support and customer-oriented solutions.

• Travel regularly to customer locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics fields (Preferred).

• Proficiency in computers, including knowledge of Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Mechanical or technical experience/education.

• Background in electrical work, customer service, military, or software/hardware roles.

• Familiarity with pneumatics.

• Experience with HVAC systems.

• Ability to perform routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Capability to frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, and occasionally from 56 to 100 pounds.

• Proficient in pushing, pulling, grasping, and using manual dexterity with hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Able to work in confined spaces.

• Regular daily travel to customer sites.

• Occasional use of power tools.
